The Problem

The primary problem we aim to address with Renat HRMS is the prevalent use of MS Excel for HR record-keeping and management. Many companies rely on manual data entry in Excel, which is error-prone and time-consuming. This manual approach not only compromises data accuracy but also lacks important notification alerts crucial for organizational efficiency. Moreover, Excel-based systems often require employees to click through multiple tabs and rows, causing frustration and impeding user needs fulfillment.

The Solutions

To address these pressing issues, Renat HRMS introduces a comprehensive solution. We mitigate the user's clickable irritation by streamlining company information, centralizing all data, and automating HR processes. Our HR automation system collects and preserves all data and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible to authorized personnel. Additionally, we implement a notification feature that provides real-time alerts for important HR events and actions, enhancing communication and responsiveness within the organization. With these innovations, we eliminate the reliance on error-prone Excel spreadsheets, significantly reduce manual data entry efforts, and empower HR managers with accurate, up-to-date information at their fingertips, ultimately driving productivity, efficiency, and accountability across the organization.

Defining The Problem

We are designing for HR professionals and companies who currently grapple with disjointed, manual HR management processes and lack a unified system. Their challenges include data inaccuracies, time-intensive tasks, and a dearth of real-time insights, leading to reduced efficiency and productivity.

Opportunity

The opportunity lies in revolutionizing HR management by offering an integrated, user-friendly solution. We aim to create a system that streamlines HR processes, minimizes manual data entry, enhances data accuracy, and provides actionable insights in real-time. This presents an opportunity to boost HR efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational performance.

Hypothesis

Our hypothesis is that by implementing Renat HRMS, we can significantly reduce manual data entry efforts, decrease error rates, and improve data accuracy. This, in turn, will lead to greater HR efficiency, timely decision-making, and higher employee satisfaction. Ultimately, the hypothesis suggests that Renat HRMS can transform HR operations and contribute to the organization's success.

Research

In our qualitative research phase, we conducted surveys with 5 HR Managers, our targeted users, to understand their current HR management experiences. We aimed to gather their opinions on existing HR systems, along with suggestions for our software. Insights from this research revealed that HR Managers encounter challenges in communication between employees and management, rely on time-consuming Excel processes, and express a need for efficient staff activity tracking.

We are designing for HR professionals, specifically HR Managers, who seek a modern and user-friendly HR management system to streamline their processes, improve communication, and enhance efficiency in their daily tasks. Our goal is to create a solution that caters to their unique needs and challenges.

In the core task flow, users navigate from the central dashboard to specific sections and sub-sections within Renat HRMS, allowing for streamlined access to HR-related functionalities and data, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly experience.

In the ideation section, we present the wireframes for Renat HRMS dashboard, showcasing the initial visual representations and layout concepts for the user interface.
