Defining The Problem

We are tasked with redesigning ProMaster's digital platform to address the challenges faced by both loyal customers and new users. The current interface lacks modernity, leading to high bounce rates and limited engagement. Navigation difficulties hinder user experience, translating to low conversion rates, particularly in mobile transactions. Our challenge is to bridge the gap between the brand's longstanding reputation and the digital expectations of today's photography enthusiasts.

By overhauling ProMaster's digital presence, we have a significant opportunity to enhance its reputation in the market. A well-executed redesign can position ProMaster as a top choice for photography accessories, appealing to long-time customers and new generations alike. Our design efforts are focused on catering to a diverse user base represented by a well-defined persona. Core Task Flow

The core task flow within the ProConnection web app and dashboard revolves around users seamlessly navigating through product selection, adding items to the cart, reviewing their selections, and completing the purchase, all while benefiting from a simplified and intuitive interface designed to enhance the shopping experience.

The Final Solution

To present our comprehensive design overhaul, a thorough design audit was conducted to showcase a comparison between the old and redesigned screens. The audit employed a color scheme of green for improvements, orange for areas needing refinement, and red for critical fixes.
