The Problem

Crowdcast, a platform designed for hosting live video events and fostering community engagement, is confronted with significant challenges. Users face difficulties with complex navigation, hampering their ability to efficiently utilize the platform. Additionally, the absence of a mobile app restricts accessibility for a substantial portion of the user base. Livestream messaging suffers from inconsistency and user-unfriendliness, leading to user frustration. Lastly, the product's business growth has stagnated, reflecting a need for substantial improvements to enhance its value and appeal.

The Solutions

To address Crowdcast's challenges effectively, the proposed solution revolves around a comprehensive redesign effort. This includes revamping the web app and dashboard to simplify navigation, enhance user-friendliness, and streamline features. Additionally, a mobile app will be developed to expand accessibility. The primary aim is to create an immersive video conferencing experience, tailor-made to user needs and context, while also improving community engagement. The redesign will incorporate intuitive livestream messaging, ensuring a seamless experience. Ultimately, these enhancements are expected to drive increased user satisfaction and contribute to substantial business growth, positioning Crowdcast as a more engaging and accessible platform for hosting live video events and fostering community connections.

Defining The Problem

Our challenge lies in redesigning Crowdcast's dashboard, and proposing a mobile app to provide an engaging and user-friendly experience for all users. The issues at hand include high bounce rates, complex navigation, limited mobile accessibility, an inefficient dashboard, reduced community engagement, user dissatisfaction with features, livestream messaging issues, and stagnant business growth.

Opportunity

By addressing these challenges, we have an opportunity to transform Crowdcast into a more accessible and engaging platform. This redesign will not only improve user satisfaction but also open up new markets by expanding mobile accessibility. We aim to foster stronger community engagement and enhance business growth potential.

Hypothesis

We hypothesize that simplifying navigation and enhancing user-friendliness can reduce bounce rates by 20%. Introducing a mobile app will increase accessibility by 30%, and improving the dashboard will raise user satisfaction by 25%. These enhancements will drive a 10% annual increase in business growth.
